My first rental property. I have interviewed 3 different property management companies. Xartek Real Estate and Property Mgmt was one of the more expensive ones. After meeting with Michelle over Zoom, I understood that I will be willing to pay more for their services. The quality and the value was there: their communication is impeccable, response time is very fast and their structure is efficient. They walked me through all the legalities and processes, I was never worried a bit about the process. In just a few days their photographer was there, and less than a week later my house was up and visible for prospective tenants.
